Absolutely amazing! I had a grinder pump issue that couldn’t even be looked at until I got it pumped out. I was in a panic. I had 45 family members coming to my house for a family reunion. Rose Septic responded quickly, were so kind on the phone, and responded within two hours of my call. They were lifesavers today! And it was HOT. I wish I would have gotten everyone’s names. But the lady who answered the phone, and the two (one young and one older) worked their tails off today. Customer Service and hard work are not dead. Today proved that! Thank you so much!

We needed a riser put on a septic and Rose Septic was the easiest to work with and get it done. Not only did they get that job but also a new returning customer as we will be using them for the scheduled pumping now.

I was really impressed by this company! They were extremely nice and helpful as we had never had our septic tank pumped, so I had no clue about what kind of tank we had.
